THE OPPORTUNITY

n

We’re looking for an experienced Duty Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences at the Cove Tavern. This is a hands-on role supporting the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, gaming, compliance, and customer service. We are happy to consider Permanent expressions of interest as well as casual expressions

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Running the day-to-day shift operations of the venue with a focus on bar, dining, and gaming
n
- Leading, motivating, and developing the team to deliver great customer experiences
n
- Handling guest feedback quickly and professionally
n
- Contributing to budget achievement through revenue generation and cost management
n
- Ensuring compliance with all OLGR liquor and gaming regulations and venue policies
n

n

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

n

n
- Current RMLV, RSA, RSG and Approved Managers Licence
n
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role,



including gaming
n
- Robust customer service experience and a love of hospitality
n
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holiday periods
n
