Warehouse Pick Packer & E-commerce Assistant

La Cosmetique, a fast-growing beauty retailer and wholesaler, is seeking a capable Warehouse Pick Packer & E-commerce Assistant to join our Seven Hills team.

This is a hands-on hybrid warehouse and e-commerce role, covering online order fulfilment, customer service, inventory management and daily warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will be organised, accurate and reliable, with strong English communication skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks independently.

Please note: this is not a desk-only e-commerce position. The role requires daily hands-on involvement in picking, packing, stock handling and warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Process, pick, pack and dispatch e-commerce / online orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Monitor online orders and resolve order issues, returns, exchanges and customer enquiries
n
- Communicate professionally with customers by email and phone
n
- Receive incoming stock and check quantities against invoices and delivery documents
n
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
n
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation
n




- Process stock adjustments and investigate stock discrepancies
n
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock, damaged stock or inventory issues
n
- Ensure stock is correctly labelled, stored and allocated to warehouse locations
n
- Pick and prepare B2B / wholesale and store transfer orders
n
- Palletise, label and prepare incoming and outgoing shipments
n
- Assist with stock movement and general warehouse organisation
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse workplace
n
- Operate a forklift where required (for licensed team members)
n

About you

n

n
- Strong written and spoken English is essential
n
- Previous experience with e-commerce / online order fulfilment
n
- Previous warehouse, inventory or pick-packing experience
n
- Good understanding of inventory and stock management
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills
n
- Confident using computers and learning e-commerce/inventory systems
n
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
n
- Able to prioritise tasks and work independently
n
- Physically capable of regular warehouse duties and moderate lifting
n
- Full Australian working rights
n

- Shopify experience
n
- Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems
n
- Forklift licence and forklift experience
n
- Australian driver licence
n
- Previous beauty, cosmetics, FMCG or retail experience
n
- Mandarin or Korean language skills
n
