Process Worker - Meat Processing FacilityImmediate Start | Ongoing Casual Positions | Multiple Shifts Available
n Haymond Personnel is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Process Workers to join a busy and well-established meat processing facility located in Blacktown. If you're looking for secure, long-term employment with consistent hours and opportunities to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
n This is a hands-on role working in a cold, wet environment, where you'll be part of a team preparing and packing quality meat products for distribution.
n Shift Options
n We have a variety of shifts available, including:

n

- Early Morning: From 4:00am
n
- Day Shift: From 5:00am
n
- Afternoon Shift: From 1:00pm
n
- Evening Shifts From 3:00pm
n

n

Please note: Start and finish times may vary depending on production requirements, so flexibility is essential.
n About the Role
n Duties may include:

n

n
- Meat preparation and processing.
n
- Packing finished products ready for distribution.
n
- Labelling and quality checking products.
n
- Working on production lines.
n
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
n




- General manual handling and housekeeping duties.
n
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health & safety procedures.
n

n

As production requirements change, you may work across different sections of the facility.
n About You
n To be successful, you will have:

- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

- The ability to work in a cold and wet environment.
n
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and varying start times.
n
- Good communication skills.
n
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
n
- Physical fitness to perform repetitive manual tasks and remain on your feet throughout the shift.

- A strong commitment to food safety, quality and workplace safety.

Desirable (but not essential)

- Previous experience in food manufacturing or meat processing.
n
- Experience working in a rapid-paced production environment.
n
