You will work alongside experienced HR consultants who will help you build your confidence, judgement and commercial thinking.
n As you develop, you will increasingly have the opportunity to own client relationships, make recommendations and become the person leaders call when they need help working something out.
n One day you could be helping with a performance issue.
n The next you might be involved in a restructure, recruitment project, leadership workshop, remuneration review, employment contract, HR strategy or a completely unexpected people problem.

n What you might be doing You could be:

- Supporting managers through employee relations and performance matters
n




- Helping clients interpret Awards and employment obligations
n
- Sitting in on client meetings and learning how experienced consultants approach complex situations
n
- Drafting contracts, letters, policies and practical HR documentation
n
- Helping deliver restructures and organisational change
n
- Working on recruitment, remuneration, engagement and people projects
n
- Coaching managers through difficult conversations
n
- Researching a problem and coming back with a practical recommendation
n
- Working with clients across completely different industries and stages of growth
n
- Gradually taking ownership of your own client relationships
