Whatyou’llbe responsible for:

- Full ownership of branch performance and profitability
- Driving sales, customerengagementand local market presence
- Leading, coaching and developing your team
- Embedding strong operational standards and service excellence
- Identifyingand executing growth opportunities

About you:

- Proven experience in branch management, businessmanagementor senior operational leadership
- Background in trade wholesale, construction, plumbing,



electrical or a related sector (preferred, not essential)
- Solid people leader with a customer-first mindset
- Commercially astute,confidentand comfortable with autonomy
- Motivated by ownership,impactand long-term success
