We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Platform Lead to join our high-performing E-Commerce team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our online business. Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, you will act as the second‑in‑command for the function, leading major strategic technology initiatives including ERP integration, front‑end platform replatforming, systems integration, automation and data management. This is a rare prospect to influence the direction of a growing omnichannel business while delivering large‑scale transformation projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead the delivery of MTO’s e-commerce strategic roadmap
- Drive the implementation of a new e-commerce platform (Shopify, BigCommerce or Neto/Maropost)
- Support ERP replatforming initiatives, including NetSuite integration projects
- Manage complex data integrations and API connectivity across business systems
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability




- Partner with internal stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors to deliver successful outcomes
- Assist in leading and developing a small e-commerce systems and projects team
- Act as deputy for the Head of E-Commerce when required

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years' experience leading e-commerce, digital or systems projects
- Experience with ERP systems and implementation projects
- Exposure to platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce or Neto/Maropost
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and large data environments
- Demonstrated project governance and vendor management experience
- Leadership capability with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- A commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
