ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an opportunity for a Senior Architect with strong NSW healthcare and/or education experience to take a genuine step towards Associate level. You will take responsibility for pushing the delivery of public-sector projects, leading project teams and working closely with senior leadership. The longer-term chance is particularly exciting. The successful person will help grow a team from its current size to circa 10 people over the next couple of years,



while playing an active role in developing the practice's healthcare and education presence across NSW. You will also work closely with Directors on networking, business development and work-winning, giving you exposure to the commercial and strategic side of running a successful architectural practice.

DUTIES

- Lead the delivery of complex healthcare and/or education projects across NSW.
- Manage project teams, programmes, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Take ownership of project delivery and push projects through to successful completion.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level architects and designers.
- Help grow and eventually lead a team.
- Work closely with Directors on networking, client relationships and work-winning.
- Support proposals, presentations and new business opportunities.
- Help grow the practice's footprint across the NSW healthcare and education sectors.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Registered Architect with strong architectural project experience.
- Proven experience across healthcare and/or education projects in NSW.
- Strong understanding of public-sector clients, processes and project requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and drive delivery.
- Confident communicating with clients,



consultants and senior stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring or managing architects and designers.
- Commercially aware, with an interest in business development and work-winning.
- Ambition to progress into an Associate-level leadership position.
- Revit proficiency, across design & documentation.
