We specialise in residential and commercial insurance repairs and rebuilds, delivering high-quality results with exceptional customer service. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a driven Project Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

n

As a Project Coordinator, you'll manage and oversee insurance repair projects from initial work orders through to completion. This is a fast-paced, client-focused role that requires strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate multiple insurance repair projects simultaneously
n
- Liaise with clients, insurers, trades, and suppliers
n
- Ensure works are scheduled, budgeted, and completed on time
n




- Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
n
- Ensure compliance with insurance industry requirements
n
- Plan, schedule and coordinate make-safe works from initial notification through to completion, particularly during emergency or large-scale weather events
n

About You

n

Previous experience in insurance building works is essential

n

Excellent communication and coordination skills

n

Proficient with Prime Ecosytem

n

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
