Job Description

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Investment Banking division. The successful candidate will be part of a long-established independent firm with a strong presence in the M&A; and strategic advisory space, particularly in the energy, financial sponsors, industrials, and healthcare sectors. The role involves working closely with a collegiate team and senior bankers to execute transactions across the full lifecycle, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, client interaction, and deal execution.

The ideal candidate should have between 4-8 years of M&A;/Corporate Finance experience from a leading investment bank, possess strong financial modeling and analysis skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity, work ethic, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline and have full working rights for Australia.
