The ELO Group is seeking a talented qualifiedEducator (Room Leader) to join our dedicated team.

As afull-timeEducator, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years, supporting their cognitive, social, and emotional development. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our reputable early learning centres.

What you'll be doing

n

- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
n
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters children's curiosity and love of learning
n
- Observe, document, and assess children's progress, using this information to individualise learning experiences
n
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
n
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and the overall learning environment
n
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
n
- Demonstrated experience as an Educator, preferably in a long day care or preschool setting
n
- Experience as a Room Leader (desirable)
n




- Strong understanding of child development and pedagogical best practices
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
n
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children
n
- Current first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma management certifications
n
- Working with Children Check clearance
n
- Responsible Person experience or willingness to be trained (advantageous)
n
