This is a full-time permanent role based in Sydney, NSW and hybrid working with the expectation for some office presence. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.

n Purpose and Scopen

Due to recent changes within the business, we are now looking to recruit a commercial Co lead within our medical specialties. Your role will be leading the development and execution of the local brand strategy for our medical specialties division as well as being part of our leadership team and leading a team of

n

This role is located in Sydney at our head office.

n Role and Responsibilitiesn

n

n





n
- Responsible for the development of insight-led brand strategies and integrated plans, grounded in patient needs, customer insights, competitive dynamics and the evolving healthcare environment.
n
- Own the brand P&L; and deliver agreed revenue, profitability and expenditure targets, maintaining a clear view of the commercial drivers, opportunities and risks.
n

n
- Lead and align cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory and Finance around a clear brand vision, shared priorities and patient-focused outcomes.
n
- Lead the commercial strategy across customer and distribution channels, using market, customer and performance insights to optimise the channel mix, customer experience and return on investment
n

n Essential Qualificationsn

n

n

n
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
n
- Extensive experience in Brand or Commercial Management in the pharmaceuticalsector,
n
- Proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management including established brands.
n
- Experienced in leading and retaining high-performing, diverse teams, with clear evidence of improving engagement, capability and business results.

- Extensive experience in Ophthalmology is an advantage.
