- Facilitate meaningful learning experiences for your allocated group of children

- Work collaboratively within a supportive teaching team

- Maintain effective and qualified communication with families

- Regularly monitor, reflect on, and evaluate program effectiveness

- Create a warm, secure, and stimulating learning environment

- Build and maintain positive working relationships with all team members

- Ensure high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing are upheld

- Demonstrate experience in delivering and improving educational programs

About you nn
- Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA approved or working towards)
n
- Current Working With Children Check
n
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, NQS, and the EYLF
n
- Ability to build authentic,



nurturing relationships with children and families through intentional interactions, curriculum, and documentation
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
