Talenza have partnered exclusively with a privately owner critical infrastructure client on the search for a Senior Security Analyst.

The successful candidate will become a crucial part of safeguarding valuable assets through leading initiatives to identify vulnerabilities, respond swiftly to security incidents, and develop cutting-edge strategies to enhance the customers security posture. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining a resilient and secure setting in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in security analysis, risk management, and incident response within complex organisational settings
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS
- Hands-on experience with security tools, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and firewall management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM,



or CEH are highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex security issues

Nice to Have Skills

- Experience mentoring junior team members and collaborating across functions
- Familiarity with cloud security solutions and emerging cybersecurity technologies

Preferred Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fields
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in security analysis or a similar role in a complex environment

Other Requirements

- Flexibility to respond to security incidents outside of standard hours if required
- Relevant security certifications to demonstrate expertise
