YOUR NEW ROLE/CAREER

As one of the firm's KEY litigators, reporting to an incredibly multi-talented high profile Managing Partner+ another Senior Partner, you will relish the challenge+ autonomy+ diversity of taking full ownership of your 'colourful'high-end litigation practice including:

n

- commercial disputes ; and
n
- class-actions disputes (with a humanitarian/social justice flavour);
n
- administrative law; primarily in the superior (Federal and Supreme) Courts and
n
- some family law litigation.

WHO YOU ARE

n

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

n

- Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with minimum 2 years (or more) post qualification experience in high-end litigation including commercial disputes (preferably with some class actions exp but not essential);
n
- Have strong experience litigating in the higher courts-Federal and Supreme Courts (ESSENTIAL);
n
- have solid technical, advocacy, negotiation+ client management skills;
n
- set yourself high standards +are driven to obtain the best outcomes for clients;
n
- thrive in a strong team-focused, down-to-earth, collaborative work environment where high performers are valued+ rewarded.
