Job Description

High profile property investment and development company going through an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

The Role n

n
- completion and ownership of all direct and indirect taxes including income tax, GST, FBT, stamp duty and land tax
n
- oversight and management of the trust distribution review process to investors including the preparation of fund statements and annual tax returns
n
- advising the Board and Executive team in relation to any tax law or policy change that may impact the business
n
- manage tax due diligence and structuring in relation to M&A; transactions
n
- assist with responses to regulatory inquiries and submissions
n
- proactively manage tax risks
n
- work with external tax advisors
n

The Person nn
- You will be CA/CPA qualified or equivalent tax qualification
n
- 10 + years or tax experience
n
- some property development industry experience
n
- robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
