You will split your time between crafting beautiful, custom designed, mock cream cakes and providing knowledgeable and friendly service to customers. No fondant or cupcake work is required. Key responsibilities

Bring custom orders to life with high-end finishing touches

n

Greet shop-front customers and answer phone enquiries

n

Accurately take custom cake orders and payments

n

Assist the baker with extra tasks

n

Maintain a spotless, organised, and hygienic work area

n

About you

n

Exceptional freehand piping skills as handwriting directly onto cakes is an absolute must

n





Capable customer service skills with high attention to detail

n

Current (or willing to obtain) Food Safety Supervisor certificate

n

Air-conditioned workplace with in-house baker
