Life Claims - Senior Case Managers / Case Managers

Our client is a global life insurance business, which has a long-standing presence and solid reputation in the Australian market. The business already has a large and established claims function (and support functions) and these new roles are designed to support the business, existing team and future growth.

- Case Manager and Senior Case Managers

- Group and Retail Teams
n
- Salary range of $105K - $135K Package + Bonus
n
- Hybrid working arrangements (2 or 3 days working from home)

Responsibilties/ Tasks

- Manage a portfolio of retail or group claims
n




- Senior Case Managers manage a smaller portfolio of more complex and detailed claims
n
- Work with empathy and understanding with claimants
n
- Conduct file reviews on assessed claims for payment approvalsFor Seniors, coach and mentor more junior claims consultants
n

If you have ife insurance claims experience (or potentially WC or Rehab) and want a change and to work for a growing business, then there are multiple roles. You will join teams with experienced and capable managers, and have the full support of a well-planned training and onboarding function. It's a time many are joining so you will be far from the only new starter.
