ABOUT THE ROLE

n

We are looking for a Logistics & Documentation Officer focusing on the consolidation shipments to work in our Parramatta Office. joy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 4.30pm. Reporting to the Operations Manager your key responsibilities would include, but are not limited to the following:

n

- Create Purchase and Sales Orders for air freight, LCL and consolidation shipments
n
- Coordinate outbound shipments from Australia and New Zealand
n
- Coordinate end-to-end outbound shipment from Australia and New Zealand, including bookings, transport and documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading)
n
- Acting as the key contact for export logistics enquiries, proactively managing shipment issues, risks and service disruptions.

- Monitoring export forecasts, inventory availability and shipment schedules to ensure customer commitments are achieved.

ABOUT YOU

n

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

n

n
- Minimum 3-5 experience in export logistics, international freight, supply chain or a similar operational logistics role.
n
- Strong understanding of export documentation, customs requirements and international transportation processes.
n
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
n
- Previously worked with BSM (Buy Sell Move) system (desirable).
n
- Effective communicator and strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Proficient understanding of planning, customer service, and cross-functional supply chain processes
n
- High level of attention to detail, accountability, initiative and self-motivation to drive operational outcomes.
