Electrical Engineering Expert (AI Training)
n About The Role
n We're looking for electrical engineering experts to help train and improve cutting-edge AI models. Your deep technical knowledge will directly shape how AI does complex engineering problems — from circuit analysis to signal processing — making a real impact on the next generation of intelligent systems.
n This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role. You set your schedule and work as much or as little as suits you, between 10-40 hours per week.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Design challenging problems across core EE domains - circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, electromagnetics, VLSI, and control systems that push AI models to their limits
n
- Author gold-standard solutions with rigorous, step-by-step technical reasoning that AI uses as a benchmark for learning
n
- Audit AI-generated outputs including circuit diagrams, mathematical proofs, and code for technical accuracy, safety, and compliance with engineering standards (IEEE, NEC, etc.)
n
- Identify and correct reasoning failures in AI responses, providing structured feedback that improves how the model thinks through engineering challenges
n
- Work asynchronously and independently on your own schedule - no meetings required

Who You Are

n

n
- Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field
n
- Strong foundational knowledge in one or more of: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, embedded systems, or RF engineering
n
- Able to communicate highly technical concepts clearly and precisely in written form
n
- Detail-oriented with a high level of precision when working with equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation
n
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, async environment
n
- No prior AI experience required
n

- Experience with data annotation, technical writing, or evaluation systems
n
- Familiarity with simulation tools such as MATLAB, SPICE, or similar
n
- Background in engineering standards bodies or standards-compliant design
