Job Description

H2 Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Senior Services team for 1:1 care in luxury senior living communities in Paducah. This PRN role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality therapy.

You will implement treatment plans under supervision, monitor progress, and document outcomes while contributing to a positive work workplace. H2 University offers in-house education with a focus on work-life balance.
