We are currently recruiting multiple Site Manager positions with established commercial builders delivering a range of projects across Southeast Queensland. Opportunities are available across commercial, retail, industrial, fit-out and refurbishment projects.

THE ROLES

n

n
- Take responsibility for day-to-day site delivery from mobilisation through to completion.
n
- Lead subcontractors, trades and site teams.
n
- Manage program, sequencing, quality, safety and site logistics.
n
- Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, suppliers and clients.
n
- Drive projects to successful completion, on time and to a high standard.
n

ABOUT YOU

n

n
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction.
n




- Strong knowledge of construction methodology and project sequencing.
n
- Confident managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
n
- Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
n
- Trade or construction qualification highly regarded.
n
