About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations at our Ingelburn facility. Standard day-shift hours with no weekend work offer excellent work-life balance while leading a high-performing team in a quick-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse operators to meet daily KPIs and operational targets.
n
- Daily Operations: Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch processes to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
n
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict WH&S; standards, conduct daily toolbox talks, and maintain a safe, clean workplace.
n
- Inventory & Systems: Maintain high inventory accuracy using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and perform regular cycle counts.
n
- Process Improvement:



Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement practical operational improvements.

What We Are Looking For

n

n
- Experience: Proven track record leading or supervising teams within a warehouse or logistics environment.
n
- Licences: Valid High Risk Forklift Licence (LF) is essential (Order Picker / LO is a strong advantage).
n
- Leadership: Strong communication skills with a hands-on, leading-by-example management style.
n
- Systems Knowledge: Proficiency with WMS platforms and basic MS Office (Excel/Outlook).
n
- Reliability: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on safety.
n
