About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to help provide compassionate support to residents at our facility in Mayfield NSW. You will be a passionate advocate for excellent clinical care that enables our residents to maintain their independence and dignity for as long as possible. Key Responsibilities

n

- Medication management
n
- Liaising with allied health professionals
n
- Individualised care of residents to achieve the best quality of life for all of our residents
n
- Communicating clearly and compassionately, providing united support with family members about care and care needs
n
- Management of staff including EEN'S and PCW'S
n
- Managing complex health care needs to reach long term positive outcomes for residents
n

About You

n

n
- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
n




- Experience working in the aged care sector (preferred)
n
- iCare system experience an advantage
n
- Sound knowledge and commitment to the Aged Care Quality Standards and work health safety systems
n
- Demonstrated unconditional focus on care outcomes for the residents
n
- Genuine care for people and personal qualities that align to our client's values and mission
n
- Demonstrated supervisory experience within a clinical setting
n
- Familiarity with residential assessment, AN-ACC and clinical documentation
n
- Current Police Check
n
