Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Factory Foreman to join a bespoke joinery business based in NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cabinet Maker or Workshop Supervisor to step into a key leadership role, taking ownership of factory operations, production quality, and a skilled team of tradespeople.

n

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the workshop, lead a team of experienced trades, coordinate with the drafting department, and ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support a team of tradespeople within a busy joinery workshop
n
- Oversee daily factory operations, workflow, and production quality
n
- Act as the link between the workshop and drafting team to ensure smooth delivery of projects
n
- Provide guidance and support to tradespeople, assisting with technical queries and problem-solving
n
- Maintain a hands-on approach, assisting on tools when required
n




- Ensure all joinery leaving the factory meets the required quality standards
n

About the Opportunity:

- Permanent full-time position with a salary package of $90,000 - $120,000 + overtime (dependent on experience)
n
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
n

The Ideal Candidate:

- Experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner
n
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or foreman experience preferred
n
- Robust understanding of bespoke joinery manufacturing processes
n
- Quality-focused with a hands-on leadership style
