Help young people thrive. Work with a passionate, multidisciplinary team at headspace Strathpine, providing holistic healthcare that supports the mental, physical, and social wellbeing of young people aged 12–25.

- Work in a modern centre with admin support and access to mentoring, a GP Community of Practice and secondary consultation sessions with psychiatrists.

As a GP at headspace Strathpine, you'll offer safe, low-stigma support to young people who may be hesitant to reach out. You'll work closely with our Clinical Lead and a team of dedicated clinicians to deliver evidence-based care, with a focus on prevention, early intervention, and empowering young people to take charge of their health.

This is a contract role with the option to bulk bill through your own Medicare Provider Number. We're happy to discuss flexible fee arrangements for indirect work and appointments not attended.

About you:

Are you a professional, innovative, and caring GP who thrives in a collaborative team environment? Do you have an interest in working with young people and families, and a passion for providing high-quality, youth-friendly medical care? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone with:

n

n
- A recognised medical degree and current registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
n
- Medicare Provider Number (or eligibility to obtain one), with a commitment to bulk billing.
n
- Professional Indemnity Insurance (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Vocational Recognition with RACGP (or working towards it) is desirable.
