We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Area Manager to lead our maintenance operations out of our Wangara depot.

About The Role

n

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee multiple commercial landscape maintenance projects, support and develop your teams, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

n

You'll have the autonomy to plan and manage resources, solve operational challenges and drive high standards across your portfolio,



while being supported by an experienced and growing team.

What You'll Bring

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in commercial landscape maintenance
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams and resources
n
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
n
- Excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving skills
n
- Solid customer focus and attention to detail
n
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card (MR/HR highly regarded)
n
- Landscape/horticulture qualification highly regarded
n
