Workforce Extensions are partnering with a respected Victorian construction company to recruit an experienced Foreman for two kindergarten projects located in Bendigo.

n

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded site leader who enjoys taking ownership of projects, coordinating trades and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

n

Backed by an experienced Construction Manager and strong office support team, you'll have the resources needed to successfully deliver both projects through to completion.

About the Role n

Working across two kindergarten developments in Bendigo, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Driving project programmes and meeting critical milestones
n
- Managing daily site operations and construction activities
n
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and trades
n
- Monitoring project quality, compliance and safety standards
n
- Maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders
n
- Providing progress updates and reporting to the Construction Manager
n
- Identifying site issues and implementing practical solutions
n
- Participating in construction and project meetings
n
- Promoting a strong safety-first culture on site
n

About You n





To be considered, you will ideally have:

n

n
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects valued up to $5M
n
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and managing project programmes
n
- Solid understanding of quality, compliance and safety requirements
n
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications
n
- Basic Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project skills
n

Required Qualifications nn
- Diploma/Cert IV in Building & Construction or Trade Qualification
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Full Victorian Driver's Licence
n

n

Additional qualifications such as First Aid, Working at Heights, Traffic Management, EWP, Forklift, Scaffolding or OH&S; certifications will be highly regarded.
