This role involves working alongside builders, carpenters and subcontractors on high-end, architecturally designed residential builds and renovations on Sydney's Northern Beaches and surrounding areas. You'll be doing varied work rather than the same thing every day, with attention to detail and a good standard of workmanship important.

Key responsibilities
n
Natural stonework, stone cladding and general masonry
n
Hard and soft landscaping
n
Garden preparation, planting and turfing
n
Paving, edging and outdoor finishing works
n
Basic carpentry and construction works
n
Site establishment, maintenance and presentation
n
Assisting site teams with general building works where required
n
About you
n
Previous experience in landscaping and/or stonework
n
Experience with natural stone and/or stone cladding highly regarded
n
Good practical skills and confidence using tools
n
Ability to work independently once given direction
n
Strong work ethic and an eye for detail
n
Reliable, easy-going approach and willingness to help wherever needed
n
Driver's licence preferred
n
White Card required
