Own and manage OSS applications, ensuring high availability and operational stability. Provide L2 technical support and act as the escalation point for complex issues.

Key responsibilities

n

- Own and manage OSS applications, ensuring high availability and operational stability
n
- Provide L2 technical support and act as the escalation point for complex issues
n
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and permanent resolution of incidents
n
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, operational KPIs, and service commitments
n
- Support major incident management and service restoration activities
n
- Plan and execute upgrades, patching, migrations, and decommissioning activities
n
- Perform proactive health checks, capacity reviews, and performance optimization
n
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, knowledge articles,



and technical documentation
n
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce operational effort
n
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance to support teams
n

n

About you

n

n
- Robust OSS/NMS platform knowledge (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco)
n
- VMware, virtualization, and infrastructure knowledge
n
- SQL and database administration
n
- Scripting and automation experience (Shell/Python preferred)
n
- ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management knowledge
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Available for on call support in case of issues and emergency support and planned changes for the applications managing
