- Responsible for providing practice leadership on risk assessment, risk management and planning for family violence cases and perpetrator interventions.
n
- Proactively build specialist evidence-based family violence knowledge and capability across the Orange Door workforce in line with the Orange Door Service Model and Integrated Practice Framework.
n
- Lead, mentor and develop your specialist family violence team.
n
- Provide specialist family violence expertise to the process of intake and assessment of responses to children's safety and wellbeing.
n
- Deliver effective, culturally safe and responsive services in a multi-agency practice.
n

The Ideal Candidate will bring:

n

n
- Expert knowledge and experience working in specialist family violence social services leadership roles
n
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to drive cultural change
n
- Experience in stakeholder partnerships & professional relationship building
n
- Drive commitment enthusiasm
n
- Valid Victorian Driver's Licence |Working With Children Check |Police Check
n
- Minimum of Bachelor in Social Work, Psychology,
