World Wellness Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Nurse to join our dynamic multicultural team in Woolloongabba, QLD. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth operation of our medical clinic. This is a full time position, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

What you'll be doing

- Providing nursing care and support to patients from diverse multicultural backgrounds, including administering treatments, conducting health assessments, and assisting with minor procedures
n
- Coordinating and managing the practice's clinical workflow, ensuring efficient patient flow and timely service delivery
n
- Assisting with the implementation of health promotion and disease prevention programs
n
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with medical and legal requirements
n
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary clinic team, as well as the broader WWG wraparound care support teams, to deliver holistic, patient-centered care
n
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of practice policies, procedures, and protocols

What we're looking for

n

n
- Registered Nurse (RN)



with a current AHPRA registration
n
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a general practice or primary healthcare setting
n
- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive nursing care
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cross cultural skills, with a patient-centered approach
n
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
n
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
n
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
