Cricks Tweed is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. Based in Tweed Heads South NSW 2486, this is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth. As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our business, building relationships with customers and guiding them through their vehicle purchase journey. This role is central to our mission of providing outstanding service and helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

- Greet customers in a warm and professional manner, establishing rapport and understanding their vehicle requirements and budget
n
- Conduct product knowledge demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits
n
- Provide expert advice on new vehicle options, financing solutions, and after-sales services
n
- Prepare and present quotations and negotiate sales terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
n
- Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly
n
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business
n
- Maintain detailed customer records and sales pipeline information within our CRM system
n
- Achieve individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
n
- Stay informed about current vehicle models, pricing, promotions, and financing options
n




- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
n

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in vehicle sales, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing sales setting
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
n
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and present solutions that exceed expectations
n
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
n
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively
n
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
n
- Full Australian driving licence with a clean driving record
n
- High school certificate or equivalent qualification
n
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required, including weekends
n
- Preferred: Experience in the automotive industry or knowledge of current vehicle models and market trends
n
- Preferred: Certification or formal training in sales techniques or customer service excellence
