The Opportunity

n

We are looking for a motivated Technology Support Officer to join our team at Cumberland Park. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be the primary contact for end-to-end IT support, resolving Level 1-3 incidents in-house, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring reliable, secure daily technology operations for our staff.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Act as the first point of contact for staff, providing Level 1-3 troubleshooting across hardware, software, networks, printing, and mobile devices.
n
- Set up, configure, and issue hardware (Windows and MacOS), ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining accurate inventory.
n
- Handle access requests, password resets, MFA, and SSO troubleshooting while escalating potential security risks to the IT Manager.
n
- Communicate with external vendors for escalated issues, hardware repairs, and quotes, ensuring service excellence.
n
- Create and maintain technical troubleshooting guides and provide practical, informal training to help staff use systems effectively.
n
- Identify recurring technical issues,



track performance metrics, and collaborate with the IT Manager to improve system reliability and IT procedures.

About You

n

n
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Systems is desirable.
n
- Practical experience supporting MacOS, Windows, and Microsoft Servers.
n
- Strong hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting skills.
n
- Fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data management.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to translate tech concepts for everyday users.
n
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team-oriented team player.
n
- Current C Class Driver’s licence.
