About the role n

As a Sales Representative – Rental Solutions , based in Emerald, you will work closely with customers across a large, high potential Central QLD territory to understand their challenges, identify opportunities and deliver rental power generation and temperature control solutions that support their operations and long-term success.

Drawing on your commercial insight and relationship-building skills, you'll help customers navigate changing operational and project requirements while connecting them with the expertise, products and services that deliver real value.

n

Partnering across sales, operations, engineering and service teams, you'll play an important role in growing EPSA's Rental Solutions presence across mining, infrastructure,



ports and industrial customers throughout the region.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.

n
- n

Identify and convert new business opportunities across mining, infrastructure, ports and industrial sectors.

n
- n

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding EPSA's presence throughout the region.

n
- n

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and opportunity development through to proposal, negotiation and close.

n
- n

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, customer records and sales activity within CRM systems.

n

What you'll bring n

We're looking for someone who brings both commercial capability and a collaborative mindset.

Required:

n

- n

Proven experience in B2B sales within industrial, technical, rental or related environments.

n
- n

Demonstrated success in solution-based selling and achieving sales growth targets.

n
- n

Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

n
- n

Experience managing a sales territory, customer portfolio and sales pipeline.

n
- n





Ability to work autonomously and travel regularly throughout regional and remote Western Australia.

n
- n

Current Australian Driver's Licence.

n

Highly regarded:

n

n
- n

Experience working within mining, infrastructure, industrial, construction or heavy equipment sectors.

n
- n

Knowledge of rental power generation, generators, temperature control equipment or related engineered solutions.

n
- n

Experience utilising CRM systems to manage opportunities, forecasting and customer engagement.
