Axess Trading is a leading supplier to the healthcare industry located in Ferntree Gully VIC

n

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Casual Dispatch Store Person to joina small, thrivingfamily-owned business. 20 to 30 hours per week, with flexible working hours available.

n

No previous experience is needed, all training will be provided.

n

We are looking for someone who can help pick, pack and dispatch products using a standard internet booking system. This role also includes the need to maintain and restock inventory.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- All aspects of dispatch including, picking, packing and quality control
n
- Managing documents to ensure accurate processing of products
n
- Warehouse bay maintenance including, restocking and stock labelling
n
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
n




- Control of shipping, address databases and labels
n
- Co-ordinate with manufacturing team for manufactured and custom items
n
- Effective liaising and communication with office staff and other team members
n
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working setting
n
- Communicating with management including to advise of operational problems and deadline issues, and providing suggestions, where appropriate.
