Action Workforce is currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join our team for ongoing casual work based in Port Melbourne.

About the Role

n

You will be responsible for a range of warehouse and freight duties, including:

n

n
- Operating a counterbalance forklift
n
- Loading and unloading trucks
n
- General warehouse and general hand duties
n
- Gating and strapping freight
n
- Manual handling as required
n
- Following all site safety procedures
n
- AM Shift: 6:00am starts
n
- Night Shift: 10:00pm starts
n
- Monday to Friday availability required
n
- Casual ongoing work
n

About You

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Minimum 1 year of recent counterbalance forklift experience
n
- Experience loading and unloading freight
n
- Experience with gating and strapping
n
- Robust safety awareness
n
- Reliable and punctual work history
n
- Ability to perform general hand duties and manual handling
n
- Two work-related referees who can be contacted
n
- Availability Monday to Friday
n
- Flexibility to work varying hours where required
n
