Maxima's Recruitment team are on the hunt for an experienced Stores Worker to work a casual assignment, Monday to Friday, 38 hour weeks based in Caboolture. This assignment offers $34.96 per hour + super.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Act as the first point for all customer requests for goods and materials and issue requisitioned goods within identified timeframes
n
- Manage stock deliveries, including the unloading, verification of goods received against order and restocking of stores inventory warehouse
n
- Respond to stores queries and proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient service deliverables and outcomes are achieved, including the notification of orders for collection
n
- Assist in undertaking perpetual stocktake of store inventory and report on anomalies, as required
n
- Assist in maintaining inventory stock at acceptable levels
n
- Operate plant (i.e. forklift, wheel loader, front end loader) as required

About You:

n

n
- Current C class driver's license
n
- Current high risk license - Forklift
n
- Certificate II in Warehousing Operations or other relevant field - desirable
n
- Previous experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a stores facility including allocation and monitoring of workloads
n
- Working knowledge of stores and inventory practices and procedures
