Auto Corner Mackay is looking for a driven, customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to join our growing team across our Toyota, Isuzu and Hyundai dealerships.

n

This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, gets results and thrives in a fast‐paced service setting.

The Role

n

Reporting directly to the Group Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Service Department and leading our team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

n

- Leading, supporting and motivating the Service team
n
- Driving the team to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity and financial results
n
- Providing support and guidance to our Service Advisors
n
- Ensuring clear and effective communication between customers, Advisors and the Workshop
n
- Liaising closely with the Workshop and Warranty Departments
n
- Helping manage the day‐to‐day operation of a busy, high‐volume Service Department
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and team performance
n




- Supporting the Group Service Manager in achieving departmental targets
n

- Previous experience in a high‐volume franchise dealership is preferred, but it's not essential.
