Are you a recent graduate looking to build a long-term career in financial markets and operations? Bell Direct is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Settlements / Capital Raising and Term Deposits Officer to join our Melbourne team.

n

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across settlements, payments control and capital raisings while working alongside experienced professionals in a leading Australian financial services business.

Key Responsibilities

n

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the integrity and efficiency of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with other back-office teams and third-party providers
n
- Provide regular updates to management on payment status and outstanding items
n
- Manage capital raising bookings and associated settlement functions
n
- Maintain compliance filing and prepare capital raising summaries
n
- Prepare and manage term deposit instructions,



including maturities and recent applications, liaising closely with our intermediary service provider
n
- Support ad hoc projects as needed.
n

Key Requirements

n

We're interested in recent graduates from business, finance, economics, commerce or related disciplines, as well as candidates with up to 3 years of administration experience.

n
