As an Emergency Nurse, you will provide consumer-centred, evidence-based care to patients presenting with a broad range of acute health needs.

Key responsibilities

- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will use your clinical assessment, problem-solving and organisational skills to provide safe, effective and compassionate care.
n
- You will play an integral role in establishing therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and contributing to the ongoing assessment and management of patients throughout their Emergency Department journey.
n
- Provide safe, high-quality, consumer-centred care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
n
- Undertake clinical assessment,



prioritisation and ongoing management of patients with a broad range of acute health needs.

What you need

- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 12 months acute nursing experience at the commencement of program.
n
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, you bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn recent skills, and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
n
- Motivated in your professional development, you take ownership of your growth, actively seek opportunities to build your knowledge and skills, and are committed to continually developing as a nurse.
