Leading Hand | High-End Residential | Lower North Shore

Up to $145k + Super + paid overtime | $25m Class1 Project

Cornerstone Partners is working with one of Sydney's leading high-end residential builders to recruit an experienced Carpentry Leading Hand / Foreman for a $25m architectural residential project on the Lower North Shore.
n You'll be joining an established project team delivering an exceptionally high-calibre Class 1 residence for a builder renowned for complex, highly detailed projects across Sydney.

The Role

n

Working closely with the Site Manager & wider project team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of the project, including:

n

- Coordinating trades and subcontractors on site
n
- Supervising day-to-day construction activities
n
- Driving quality and attention to detail
n
- Assisting with sequencing and short-term programming
n
- Maintaining high WHS standards
n
- Reading and working from detailed architectural documentation
n




- Resolving day-to-day site issues
n
- Leading by example and supporting the wider site team
n

n

About You

n

We're looking for someone with:

- Strong carpentry and construction experience
n
- Leading Hand or supervisory experience
n
- High-end Class 1 residential experience
n
- Strong technical knowledge
n
- Exceptional attention to detail
n
- Good communication and leadership skills
n
- A professional, team-first attitude
