- Experience working closely with facilities management teams and overseeing operational service delivery.

- A proactive, solutions focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Sound financial and commercial acumen, including experience with budgeting and reporting.

About the role

n

We are looking for an Industrial Senior Property Manager to manage an industrial portfolio across Western Sydney. The portfolio includes six main assets, including a major development site that is expected to become a business park when complete. This role offers scope to grow, with a potential pathway towards a General Manager position as the development progresses.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage the day to day operations of a diverse industrial property portfolio across Western Sydney.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and service providers.
n
- Lead and support facilities management activities, working closely with two Facilities Managers and the broader support team.
n




- Oversee property budgets, reporting, maintenance programs and compliance requirements.
n
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure assets are operating efficiently and delivering solid outcomes.
n
- Support the management of a significant development site as it transitions into a future business park.
