Full-Time Chef – Join Our Team at Terrey Hills Golf & Country Club

Terrey Hills Golf & Country Club is a private members club located in Sydney's Northern Beaches, offering quality dining and event experiences to our valued members and guests.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Full-Time Chef to join our professional kitchen team.

n

This is a fantastic prospect to work in a supportive and well-established environment, with a varied mix of à la carte dining, member services, corporate golf days, functions and special events.

About the Role

n

n
- Full-time position, approximately 38 hours per week
n
- $75,000 + superannuation, depending on experience
n
- Working across clubhouse dining, functions, member events and golf days
n
- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals to club standards
n
- Assisting with food preparation, service and kitchen operations
n
- Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team during busy service periods
n
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness and food safety
n
- Weekend work is required, including some Saturdays and Sundays
n
- Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including daytime and occasional evening functions
n

About You

n

n




- Qualified Chef or experienced Cook with relevant commercial kitchen experience
n
- Previous experience working in a busy hospitality, club, restaurant or function environment
n
- Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
n
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
n
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
n
- Reliable, well presented and committed to delivering a high standard of service
n
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
n
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
n
