We're seeking a Director of First Impressions to join our professional services firm in the heart of Sydney. This is a receptionist role with a difference: you'll not only manage the front desk with confidence and polish, but also help lead our digital presence and support the implementation of automation and AI across the office.

- Welcome clients and visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone
n
- Manage front-of-house administration, appointment scheduling and meeting prep
n
- Take ownership of the firm's social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
n
- Collaborate with our in-house software engineer on automating internal workflows
n
- Maintain a professional and highly organised reception area
n

About You
n

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills — near-native or native-level English fluency is essential
n
- Tech-savvy
n
- Friendly, polished and confident in representing a professional firm
n
- Organised, dependable and self-motivated
n
- Experience in front desk, admin or customer-facing roles
n
- Social media content or marketing experience a plus
n
