Factory Labourer

n

Operating a well-equipped and efficiently organised factory, we are committed to producing consistent, high-quality work, and we pride ourselves on the standards we maintain.

The successful applicant will receive full training across all areas of our process — preparation, dipping, packing, and quality control — with the opportunity to build valuable, long‐term skills.

What we are after:

- Reliable and punctual — you turn up on time, ready to work
n
- Comfortable with hands‐on, physical factory work
n




- Good attention to detail — solid prep is what makes the finish look right
n
- Able to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team
n
- Keen to learn - experience as a labourer in a factory/trade is a bonus, but not essential; we'll train the right person
n

Tasks & responsibilities

n

n
- Prepping aluminium and steel for powder coating
n
- Unpacking materials, dipping (crane-operated), hanging parts, and packing finished work
n
- Loading and unloading from production equipment
n
- General factory cleaning and keeping your area tidy and safe
n
- Following safety procedures and working with the team to hit daily targets
n
