- Experience working in a busy automotive dealership service department – essential

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to manage bookings, liaise with technicians, and clearly explain vehicle needs

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Toyota dealership experience – highly regarded
