ATTARDS is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Factory Hand / All-Rounder to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in the day-to-day operations of our factory .

Hours:
n We are seeking someone who is available to work full-time hours , Monday to Friday .

n
n

Start Time: 7:30 AM
Finish Time: 3:45 PM
Overtime is available and encouraged .

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

n
n

Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure product standards and specifications are met.

n
n

Organising and packing curtains in preparation for delivery.

n
n

Undertaking general factory hand duties as required.

n
n

Handling tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

n
n

Supporting the team with a range of tasks and projects .

n
n

Operating machinery and power tools (training provided).

n
n





Assisting in a production line while ensuring quality control is maintained.

n
n

Picking and packing products efficiently and accurately.

n
n

Skills and experience:

n
n

Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or hands‑on role is highly regarded (but not essential).

n
n

Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding quality control is essential.

n
n

Ability to work well both independently and in a team.

n
n

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

n
n

Forklift licence or machinery experience (desirable but not essential).

n
n

Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.

n
n
