Job Description

K’gari is a World Heritage island off Australia’s eastern Queensland coast. SeaLinkK’gari, part of Kelsian Group, seeks a Trade Qualified Executive Sous Chef to lead food operations across four kitchens and three restaurants, delivering exceptional cuisine while living and working on the island.

You will collaborate with chefs, cooks and stewards to uphold safety standards, mentor the team and foster a robust kitchen culture.
