Qualifications & Experience

n

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
n
- Experience in aged care, disability support, rehabilitation, or community nursing
n
- Proficiency in clinical assessments, medication management, wound care, management of PEGs, urinary catheters (IDC and SPC), complex bowel care
n
- Experience working with clients with complex medical needs is highly regarded
n
- Current Working with Children Check
n
- Current NDIS Worker Check.
n
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
n
- NDIS Training Modules including: Orientation Module,



Indiction Module, Supporting effective communication, Supporting Protected and enjoyable meals
n
- Australian Driver's License
n

Key Responsibilities

n

As a valued member of our team, you will:

n

n
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans for clients
n
- Administer and manage medications in line with clinical guidelines and best practice
n
- Provide clinical nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, management of PEG tubes and other procedures as required
n
- Support clients with complex medical needs, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
n
- Provide clinical guidance and support to our care team
n
- Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and families to coordinate client care
n
