LiveBig is a specialist allied health provider. We support people with disability through therapy and assessments—at home, in the community, and via telehealth. We work across four states and nationally.
n We're looking for a passionate Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in the Northern Perth in a Full-time or Part-time prospect (3 days minimum).

What You'll Do

n

n
- Collaborate with a team that shares your drive, supports your growth and values your voice.

- Provide comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, therapy planning and clinical reporting to clients with disabilities in line with best practice and based upon sound clinical reasoning.
n
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, updating them after each visit or interaction.
n
- Ensure services are provided with sensitivity to the cultural, linguistic and individual needs of clients.
n
- Schedule appointments and liaise with your clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary team members to ensure efficient and effective best practice.
n
- Deliver supports in accordance with the relevant legislation and guidelines e.g NDIS Practice Standards.

What You Bring!

- NDIS Registration as a PBS (ideally Core minimum but will consider suitable with relevant experience)
n
- Ideally 6+ months experience in a like for like role
n
- A driver's license and your own vehicle
n
- WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
